The Central Government vide notification no. G.S.R. 261(E) has notified ''Setting up of Technical Committee" under the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 for the purpose of assisting the Central Government or the National Board in discharging Safety and other related measures across Industrial Establishments. The committee shall consists of members from government, public, autonomous or private institutions/industries and shall frame, formulate and review standards, rules and regulations under the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 and have further laid down provisions with respect to Resignation, Cessations, Disqualification and removal from membership. As a part of the pre-consultation process and in compliance with 134(1) of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 i.e. condition of previous publications of Draft Rules under the Code, inviting Objection and suggestion, which may be received from any person with respect to draft notification before the expiry of forty-five days from the date of publications
